Aspire Training Team is approved by City & Guilds to offer a range of courses all relating to working in a care and office environment, and the team achieves the highest marks for the quality of training provided. Aspire Training Team also achieved the Beacon Award and was described as having “world class work based training provision” by the government.
In order to keep fee levels as low as possible for the learners, Aspire Training Team accesses funds from organisations such as the Skills Funding Agency, European Social funds, Local Councils, Sure Start and Employers.
Many of the Training Team started as unqualified staff in nurseries and care homes, and have worked up through the system themselves through supervisor and management jobs, so they know first hand what the challenges are of working, training and running their own homes and lives at the same time. They all work flexibly to ensure that learners are supported to achieve their qualifications efficiently and conveniently in a top quality environment, ensuring the best achievement and retention rates in the country.
