I started my Hadland care group journey back in 1999 where I completed an Apprenticeship achieving both level 2 and 3 as well as my key skills at level 2.
Since then I had gained different positions within the nursery setting and enjoyed being supervisor of the 2-3 unit. I enjoyed supporting young people help the children develop and flourish and decided that I wanted to develop my career in the training team.
I completed my assessor award and fulfilled my role being Key assessor at Wareham, Parkstone and then peripatetic assessor.
I have now achieved my V1 verifier’s award and developed my role completing my PTTLS AND CTTLS where I have supported and delivered teaching over the years. I am currently working towards my leadership and management qualification level 5.
I was then successful in gaining the senior manager position where I now support assessors in their role to reach their potential and support learners to the best of their ability.
In 2017 I was then promoted to Training Team manager involving supporting the director and supporting the management team.
Over the years I have experienced many different roles whilst ‘climbing the ladder’ and feel I can apply these experiences in my role to ensure I am supporting learners and assessors and managers.
