We are thrilled to announce that as of September Tops and Aspire are introducing 2 new clubs to colleagues across the company. The Platinum club for colleagues that have 20 or more years and a Gold club for colleagues who have worked for more than 15 years across Tops Day Nurseries and Aspire Training Team.
Each club has specific tailored rewards and benefits chosen to thank and reward long-standing colleagues and will be launched at the Tops and Aspire Forest Festival in September. Whereby over 15 colleagues will be invited to attend a champagne reception, with all of the directors to celebrate the launch of the Platinum and Gold Clubs, to thank them for their years’ service within the company and receive a welcome pack with special rewards for these colleagues to enjoy.
