To welcome new colleagues to Tops Day Nurseries and Aspire Training team, each new colleague will receive a gift at 4, 8 and 12 weeks service.
The gifts for each milestone are:
4 weeks – A bamboo toothbrush
8 weeks – A Tops Spork
12 weeks – A sustainable lunch bag
To ensure that existing colleagues are not left out, every existing colleague has been given a spork and lunch bag as a token of the company’s thanks and gratitude for all the hard work everyone gives within their role across Tops and Aspire.
