Aspire Training Team are delighted to reveal Amy Harding at Tiny Explorers Nursery as our July 2019 Learner of the Month!
Amy who started her Level 3 Childcare qualification with Aspire back in November 2018 was nominated for the award by Hayley Eldridge Tiny Explorers Nursery who has been very impressed with Amy and the dedication and commitment she has shown to her studies and her work:
“Amy is a very dedicated, hardworking member of our team and she has achieved so much already in her year of employment with Tiny Explorers.
Amy rarely falls behind with her tasks even juggling a busy working life and being a single mother of 4 young children. Her quality of work is outstanding has just got better and better and is even ahead of her target for her level 3 qualification.
Amy’s ability to manage only her work, and her studies along with her responsibilities outside of them and be above target on her qualification is a fantastic achievement and has set a wonderful example for all learners to follow. This is why we are very happy to announce Amy as our July 2019 Learner of the Month!
