Team Leader / Supervisor Level 3 Apprenticeship

Our Early Years team leader or supervisor apprenticeship has been designed by sector experts to help individuals that have gained their EYE and are looking to progress into a leadership role.

The content reflects the specific leadership needs of early years settings. You will learn everything that you need to know on the job to develop your team leading and supervisory skills further. More than that, you will continually have the opportunity to practice and embed your new skills in a real work context whilst working and progressing in your team leading role.

This includes:-

• Leading and managing people
• Completing supervision meetings, appraisals and performance reviews with colleagues
• Chairing team meetings
• Contributing to the settings Early Years self-evaluation and action plans
• Managing settings budgets
• Relationship management with stakeholders including Ofsted, local authority and parents.
• Interpersonal excellence

The Level 3 is a recognised NCFE standard and provides you with a dedicated tutor who will meet with you monthly to offer information, advice and training guidance. For the rest of the time, you will be working at your Early Years setting getting hands-on experience within your role.

Your programme is delivered through a blended learning approach via work experience, 121 coaching and mentoring and self studying.
