Early Years Educator Advanced Level Apprenticeship
If you are interested in undertaking your Early Years Educator Advanced Level Apprenticeship, then you already know that you love working in childcare and enjoy providing care and support for young people. You’re also keen to advance to the next level of childcare training and become a supervisor or management position in the childcare sector.
Take your childcare skills to the next level. Give your career prospects a real boost with training on the job to become a qualified nursery supervisor or manager. The early years qualification will help you progress your career, increase your earning capacity and open up a whole new world of exciting possibilities to you.
You will study a wide range of units: these include supporting healthy lifestyles, promoting children’s emotional wellbeing, understanding the value of play and working in partnership with others.
The course consists of an assessment of your practice and also the completion of assignments. You will be supported throughout the course by your assessor and also with the option of an online learning environment. The exact details of your role while undertaking your apprenticeship will depend on your employer.
As a higher level Apprentice you will be working within childcare at a level where you will either be working on your own or supervising others. You will be placed in a position where you will be able to demonstrate your prior experience in this sector and can demonstrate the competencies required at this level.
Do you want to complete the Early Years Educator course but not the full apprenticeship? Or do you want to pay for the course yourself via an Advanced Learner Loan? See our Early Year Educator Level 3 Diploma.
