This apprenticeship is ideal for team leaders and supervisors, your employee will qualify at Level 3. They will learn everything that they need on the job to develop their team leading and supervisory skills further. More than that, they will continually have the opportunity to practice and embed their new skills in a real work context whilst working and progressing in their team leading role.

This professional development course allows your employee to develop essential management skills and an in-depth understanding of being a manager. They will learn how to manage teams effectively and gain a nationally recognised qualification.
