New Initiative to Award Apprentices on their Chosen Career Path.
The Hall of Fame works very similarly to a “Learner of the Month” scheme. At the start of every month, each employer will be contacted and given the chance to nominate one of their Aspire Training Team’s learners (whether they be an apprentice, Trainee or Learner).
Once the nominations have been received, a winner will be selected. This learner will be awarded a gift and ‘Hall of Fame’ certificate provided by Aspire Training Team. This will be promoted on the website alongside social media and shared across each platform.
This program was initiated in order to make the Aspire learners feel appreciated for their hard work and recognising their success. This also enables each business to promote themselves as an ‘Employer of Choice’ and ‘Investor in People’!
Once the nomination has been selected, the assessor will surprise the learner with the gifts above and pictures taken with relevant personnel, learner and Aspire assessor. The marketing team will then publicise this across social media channels and shared with each business for their own marketing purposes.
Kelly Russell, Director of Aspire Training Team says “I was really excited to be involved with this program.
