Recently colleagues from Hadland Care Group, Aspire Training Team and Tops Day Nurseries gathered for the annual awards night! Colleagues were congratulated and presented with a number of different awards. One of which is the Aspire Learner Awards! The Aspire Learners Awards is split into 3 categories for the different levels of learners.
Level 2 learner award
Agnieszka Drapiewska,
Tops Day Nurseries Portsmouth – Early Years Level 2
“Agnieszka undertook the level 2 showing determination to the extent that she translated every question into Polish and then answered it in Polish before translating it back into English and then submitting the answer. She herself explained that she wanted “to improve my English at the same time and make sure I was completely correct because it is so important to get this right”
Level 3 learner award
Zoe Roberts,
Hadland Care group, Marketing – Management Level 3
“Zoe has worked diligently on her award having had 3 different assessors. Her evidence is always of the highest quality and submitted before the due date. She is 30% ahead of her target”
Level 5 learner award
Hannah Cook,
Tops Day Nurseries Parkstone – Early Years Level 5
“Hannah has been working consistently during her level 5 qualification, she is motivated and submits work on a regular basis, of which is a good standard. Hannah shows a positive approach to her level 5 and has excellent communication skills. Hannah is always keen to meet and makes the most of these opportunities, by showing effective planning and following through to achieve the work. It’s a pleasure to support Hannah in gaining her level 5 qualification. Well done Hannah.”
