This bitesize (10-minute) online Confidence Building Training course is designed for all levels of employees and aims to help the user understand the effect confidence can have in the workplace and in their personal lives, whilst also providing them with the tools to begin improving their own confidence.
The user will learn all they need to know about the importance of confidence, as well as the importance of setting goals, and 4 simple steps to boost their confidence.
Those who lack confidence tend to be more concerned about the impact others have on them when instead they should focus on the impact they have on others. This course helps the user to realise that it’s what you do that matters, and not what others do to you.
