Revision of previously acquired skills of the Signs for Stages 1-4 of the Makaton Core vocabulary, and the Additional, to learning the Signs and Symbols for Stages 5 & 6 of the Core vocabulary.
To further develop their confidence in using Makaton, and practice for fluency with this, gaining knowledge of the components of signs, and analysing
Developing their own confidence in using signs and symbols accurately and fluently for the benefit of their role.
At the end of the Level 3 course, participants should have the confidence and skills to use Makaton more fluently in their daily interactions, expanding and building upon their Sign & Symbol vocabulary.
To further improve their communication skills with people.
