Aspire Training Team are delighted to reveal Eloisa Lillywhite at Hadland Care Group as our December 2018 Learner of the Month!
Eloisa started her Level 3 Business Admin Diploma in July 2018, joining Hadland Care Group in their marketing department. In the short time she has been with the company, Eloisa has grown and developed into an integral part of the marketing team. Marketing manager Zoe Roberts explains;
“Eloisa has been a huge support within the marketing department and a brilliant mentor to our new apprentice. Eloisa is extremely competent at tackling whatever tasks are asked of her and she is progressing at a rapid pace.
Eloisa is more than happy to support with anything asked of her and uses her initiative well. She asks for feedback on her work and it is clear she is always looking for ways of reaching the highest standard.
Eloisa brings fantastic qualities to the team and I am so proud of how far she has come since starting her apprenticeship.”
With her manager giving such wonderful comments, it is clear to see that Eloisa works extremely hard in her role and has become a very important part of the team. This is why we are very pleased to announce Eloisa as our December 2018 Learner of the Month!
