Aspire Training Team are delighted to reveal Emily Treasure at Tops Day Nursery Gillingham as our February 2019 Learner of the Month!
Emily is currently doing her Level 2 Childcare qualification through an apprenticeship with the nursery. Emily started her apprenticeship in August 2018 and has thoroughly impressed the staff at the nursery with her progression and use of her own initiative. Nursery manager Melanie goes on to say:
“Emily is a fantastic apprentice, and the children absolutely adore her. She has excelled through her training really taking on board any feedback to aid her progression and learning.
Emily works very well as part of a team, but also uses her initiative to work on her own to complete set tasks. Emily researches activities in her own time, bringing in ideas and making new set ups for the children to explore. Emily has embraced the Tops ethos, and really makes a difference to the pre-school. It is a delight to have such an enthusiastic hardworking apprentice.”
From these comments it is clear that Emily has a real passion for Childcare and has made a great impact at the nursery since starting. With that in mind we are very pleased to announce Emily as our February 2019 Learner of the Month!
