Nearly 300 employees attended a ‘Glitz and Glamour’ themed awards ceremony in Bournemouth on Saturday. The annual event recognised and celebrated the achievements of Hadland Care Group staff during 2015.
The group is made up of Tops Day Nurseries, Aspire Training Team and Reside Care Homes and employs 574 staff in 20 locations across Dorset, Somerset and Hampshire.
22 awards were given to individuals for going ‘Above and Beyond the Call of Duty’, “abcd” awards, for which colleagues were able to nominate each other. These were presented with heart-warming accolades and inspirational stories.
The winner for Aspire Training Team was Donna Burt. One of the reasons Donna was nominated is “Donna is a great
support to all members of staff. She’s always professional and nothing ever seems too much trouble. She is a great advisor and excels in everything she does.” There were also comments about what a supportive manager Donna is and how nothing is too much trouble. We would like to thank Donna for all her hard work and commitment over the years and congratulate her on receiving the award.
