Aspire Training Team has been granted funding from the European Social Fund as part of a number of different projects across the South West.

Funding has been granted through our partner SERCO to allow for a fully funded Training Needs Analysis and training/qualifications for your business and employees as part of 2 different projects we are involved in. These are only available whilst the funding lasts and is on a first come first served basis. Enquire today to book your TNA and find out what courses you could be eligible for.

Funding has been granted through our partner Somerset County Council to allow for fully funded accredited units to be completed by anyone employed or self-employed in Somerset.

Training Needs Analysis

Aspire Training Team are currently able to offer a FREE Training Needs Analysis to companies across Dorset, Wiltshire, Devon, Hampshire (Solent Area) and Somerset, where you could potentially get some fantastic accredited courses fully funded by the European Skills Fund!

Our Business Consultants will arrange an appointment to attend your business to carry out the Training Needs Analysis and help identify your skills gaps.

We have fully recognised and accredited qualifications to enhance your employee’s skills, increase the competitiveness of your business and boost the local economy. Qualification availability is dependant on your location and determined by your Local Enterprise Partnership’s priorities.
