Level 1 Study Programme
If you are willing to support a young person aged 16 to 24 with a work placement to improve their confidence and introduce them to the childcare or business industry, why not work with us on offer a Level 1 course?

Fully Funded
Upon finishing a Level 1 course the student will receive a Level 1 Qualification which will prepare them for an Apprenticeship. This course is fully funded and we also offer a free police check (DBS), free uniform, free resources and books and support with expenses.
Provide Valuable Experience
By doing this, you can provide an induvial with valuable work experience, help build their confidence and show them what it’s like to work in childcare, while we will offer training on their employability and communication skills, as well as any support they may need with their English and Maths skills.
Preparation for an Apprenticeship
The student would be on placement with you for 3 days a week, term time only. This course is a fantastic way to prepare for an Apprenticeship and most of our students go on to stay with their employers to carry on studying.
End Period Poverty
Aspire Training Team are supporting the ‘End Period Poverty’ Government initiative by offering free sanitary wear for all 16 – 24 year olds on a Level 1 Course.
