Aspire Training Team have recently had a EQA (External Quality Assurance) visit- we completed the inspection and we received a result with no actions or recommendations.
The feedback and comments we received were not only uplifting but also a testament to our unwavering commitment to excellence.
One quote from the EQA Results and Comments stands out: “EQA has clearly been implementing clear support processes for trainers to produce detailed developmental for learners as this has really come through.”
Overall, we received comments pointing to how well organised it was to carry out the inspection. Also on how impressive it was to see how we at Aspire Training team are constantly looking at improving processes all the time for the best impacts.
These remarks highlight the dedication and hard work of our team at Aspire Training Team. We consistently strive to create a conducive learning environment and provide exceptional support for our employers and learners.
