Steph Rose April 2018 Hall of Fame Winner

Steph who joined the Traineeship programme in September 2018 to start her career in the Health and Social Care sector, has been Nominated by her Traineeship Tutor Drew Radford for showing dedication to the programme by turning up to all of her workshops, completing all of her tasks well within the given time frame and actively applying all that she had learnt whilst volunteering at Stour Road Care Home. We are therefore thrilled to announce Steph as Aspire Training Team’s April’s 2018 Hall of Fame Winner!
All of Steph’s hard work and commitment clearly came to light when she attended an interview at Stour Road Care Home with Cheryl Hadland, Managing Director and Terri Smithers, Care Home Manager for a Level 2 Apprenticeship in Health and Social Care and was offered the position on the spot. Steph has quickly become an extremely valued member of the team and is a true example of what an individual is capable of achieving when you put your mind to something.
“I am so proud of Steph, to see where she has come from and the direction that she is now heading in. It was a pleasure to have her on the traineeship programme and I wish her all the best for the future.” Drew Radford, Traineeship Tutor
We are delighted to announce Steph as April’s Hall of Fame Winner and wish her the very best for the future! Many Congratulation Steph!
