World Health Day, held on the 7th April each year, is dedicated to promoting the benefits of good health and wellbeing worldwide. It was started by the World Health Organisation in 1950.
The World Health Organisation aim for us all to take action for a healthier tomorrow. They encourage us to walk, bike or take public transport, change to a renewable energy provider, avoid processed foods, stop smoking, buy less plastic and stop using plastic bags.
At Aspire we are always taking steps to become more sustainable to create a better world for everyone (did you know we’re B-Corp Certified?). We also provide training to help you or your team understand the climate crisis, as well as their own personal health and nutrition.
