I applied for an apprenticeship as the concept of the apprenticeship was ideal, not only could I gain more knowledge into the careers and industry I would one day like to be a part of but also gain valuable experience within these areas.
Aspire Training Team took the lead in my training by providing resources, knowledge and guidance throughout. They identified my abilities and comprehension towards tasks, meaning they were able to expand this and put scenarios to me more tailored to my job role so it was much easier to understand and complete.
My apprenticeship has been a huge benefit and has enabled me to understand the careers I am interested in, helped me gain knowledge and experience within these fields and has become one of the best decisions I have made. I have gone from being an apprentice within a HR department to an IT assistant, a role I enjoy and was introduced to by Hadland Care Group. I would highly recommend an apprenticeship, it’s a great way to start your career!
