Aspire Training Team are thrilled to announce Nissa Yates from Explorers Childcare Group as our July 2018 Hall of Fame Winner after being nominated by her manager Natasha Ramsay!
Nissa originally joined Explorers Childcare Group (then known as Tasha’s House) back in January 2016 as an apprentice doing her Level 2 Childcare Diploma. Now over 2 years later, and nearing the end of her Level 3 Diploma, Nissa has continued to develop and grow into her role as an early years practitioner showing unwavering commitment and dedication to her role and her studies and building wonderful relationships with the children she works with.

It is always great to see such fantastic comments about one of our learners from their manager, and this truly show just how much of an important part of the team Nissa is and shows how passionate and committed Nissa is to both her team and the children. This is why we are very pleased to announce Nissa as our July 2018 Hall of Fame winner and look forward to seeing how she develops further in the future!
