The Aspire Training Team are delighted to announce Katie Brown from Alphabet Day Nursery in Bournemouth as their 2018 inductee for the Aspire Hall of Fame!
Each month, Aspire Training Team chooses a learner nominated by their manager or assessor to be our learner of the month. Each year we pick one of those 12 learners to be inducted into our Hall of Fame! We are delighted to congratulate Katie Brown from Alphabet Day Nursery as the overall 2018 Hall of Fame winner. Katie was chosen as our September Learner of the Month after being nominated by her manager Michaela.
Katie started her Level 3 in Childcare in January 2018. Since beginning her qualification, Katie has developed wonderfully and has become a key part of the team at Alphabet, being reliable and organised with her work, taking on key children in the baby unit, and working well with their supervisors to make sure the unit runs smoothly. She has shown real commitment to her role and her passion for childcare shines through in her work.
Aspire assessor Lucy has added to this, saying:
“I am so proud of Katie, she works really hard to complete all of her coursework to a high standard she also plans great activities for her assessments that the children enjoy and learn from.
I look forward to working with Katie for the remainder of her Level 3 Early Years Educator training and look forward to seeing her as a Level 3 practitioner!”
We are all very proud of Katie and how she has developed during her course and cannot wait to see what the future holds for her.
