Aspire Training Team are delighted to reveal Lauren Hunt at Brock House Day Nursery as our September 2019 Learner of the Month!

Lauren has only started early years qualification with Aspire recently but has been with the nursery around 18 months and has been nominated for the award by Deputy Manager, Becky Arscott. Becky explains:
“Lauren is conscientious with her paperwork. A career in Early Years, was not her original vocation, so she has come to it as a slightly more mature student at the age of 25. She is a single Mum, but is reliable and hard working. She has already started some of her modules, although she only started her level 3 qualification, this month.
She is flexible if we ask her to work additional hours or with a different age range of children. She is highly motivated and driven to achieve her qualification. She has good working relationships with her colleagues. She supports and relates well, with the nursery parents, showing empathy and maturity beyond her years.
Her paperwork is methodical, she takes time over the children’s pathways/journals. They are presented beautifully and are reflective of the children. We feel this would be a lovely way for Lauren’s hard work and dedication to be recognised.”
It is evident that Lauren is well on her way to becoming a fantastic practitioner with a bright future ahead of her in the Childcare sector. So we are very happy to announce Lauren as our September 2019 Learner of the Month!
