What specifically do you feel that the Training team does that is a top
“The trainers are very supportive and give good feedback to help me improve my work.”
“Always very professional – great at teaching whether face-to-face or via Zoom.”
“I am always made to feel very comfortable with the team at Aspire, and especially my
assessor, and there is a perfect balance between encouragement and understanding that “life

How did we make your training more enjoyable, easier, or more effective?
“The zoom training calls were very relaxed and didn’t feel too formal. Personally, this made me
enjoy it more and I felt like there was less pressure put on me throughout the calls.”
“My trainer is very down to earth and easy to talk to and makes you feel at ease.”
“Having an assessor who is really nice and approachable makes such a difference when taking
on the apprenticeship. Just being fully supported through this experience makes it seem like
someone is rooting for you all the time!”
