The Aspire Training Team are pleased to welcome all of our new Level 1 Childcare students. As part of our welcome we have recently added a ‘Wellness Programme’ to our studies. The aim of this is to promote Health and Wellbeing in a positive and fun way through a variety of workshops.
At Head Office our students having been taking part in canvas painting to promote their individuality, relaxation and self-expression, as well as cooking up a storm in the kitchen and making soup and butternut squash burgers! We can’t wait to get stuck into more activities such as yoga in the future.
