Why an apprenticeship?

Gaining a qualification is what I love about my apprenticeship.

What accomplishment are you most proud of and why?

Working alongside children and watching them grow.

In your opinion, what are the benefits of an apprenticeship?

Being an apprentice you experience so much more than just learning about this at college.

I have learned how to work with large groups of children.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years? What are your future plans and aspirations?

My future plans are to gain my level 3 qualification at Tops and to potentially do my SEND training.

What advice would you give to someone considering an apprenticeship?

It is a fantastic way to learn on the job, gaining more experience that you would not get elsewhere.
