Aimed to demonstrate the many benefits that an apprenticeship can bring, this year’s theme is ‘Look Beyond’ so we want to encourage people to look beyond right now and to the future.
An apprenticeship in Customer Service can teach you transferable skills, offer huge career opportunities and help you learn how to handle various situations in the workplace whilst earning at the same time. Having good customer service skills is at the forefront of many companies and great for those who are outgoing and great with people.
With a Customer Service apprenticeship, you can choose various career paths to go down. You may choose to work in sales, train as a customer service advisor or even explore becoming an estate agent. One of the great aspects of this qualification is the opportunity for progression. Those who gain their Level 3 move on to become Managers, Supervisors and various other senior roles.
