It was a good way for me to get experience and training to help me get to where I want to be.
Tell us what you do in a typical day/week
Answer phones, monitor emails, respond to queries, process job sheets, organise accommodation, liaise with staff, suppliers, and clients.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
The interaction I have with colleagues and clients.
What have been your biggest achievements during your apprenticeship so far?
My increase in confidence.
What are your career aspirations?
To work in the business industry – especially marketing.
Why should someone consider an apprenticeship?
It’s a good way to gain access to a sector/company you want to work in. You gain the necessary skills and experience to help you.
What do you plan to do after your apprenticeship finishes?
Get the experience needed to progress into a higher responsibility marketing role.
