Meet Rob – Sales Consultant

I started working for the Aspire Training Team in October 2017. I am the Business Sales Consultant and my role involves going out to visit employers to find out their requirements and what courses would be of interest to them, I then match up the courses that we offer to best meet there individual needs and the needs of their business. This can either be for their current workforce or I can source them an Apprentice, I will also visit employers to carry out a Training Needs Analysis within the Dorset area to gather information on any funded training that they may be interested in either for themselves or their employees, when I visit an employer I will also make them aware of the variety of short courses that we offer and try to offer the best ones to meet the needs of their business.
