Find out what Rob’s role within Aspire Training Team is.
I started with the Hadland Care Group in October 2015 as the Apprenticeship Coordinator within the recruitment team. It was my role to recruit the apprentices for Tops Day Nurseries as well as every company that Aspire Training Team were working with.
After a year in the role I moved into an administrator position for recruitment, and then in January 2017 I started to look after the short courses for Aspire on what was originally a temporary part time basis. However in February 2017 I moved over to Aspire and took on the role of Short Course Administrator full time.
In my role I work with our trainers to arrange our various short courses throughout the year and manage all of the bookings for our courses.
