Millie joined Messy Articles in Charminster in September 2016 to complete her Childcare Apprenticeship and has been nominated by her manager Laura Stewart because of her unflappable nature and ability to remain calm under pressure. Millie continually proves that she is a capable, mature and nurturing practitioner, who’s willingness to learn and thirst for knowledge has proven to be invaluable by being able to contribute in discussions and practice in an effective manner, often when dealing with sensitive and difficult cases. Millie is a fast learner, with loads of drive and ambition and common sense, which is so refreshing in someone so young. Therefore we are delighted to announce Millie as Aspire Training Team’s May 2018 Hall of Fame Winner!
“We really couldn’t ask for more in a colleague. Millie has become one of the family; and in a childminding setting, that’s a really important element.”
“She is a warm, funny and vibrant member of the team and up for anything we throw at her. She’s even signed up to join us on a Tough Mudder challenge! The parents love her and more importantly, the children adore her.” – Laura Stewart, Nursery Manager
“Millie has been working really hard to complete her coursework to a high standard and submit it on time, whilst planning some lovely activities for me to observe for her assessments. Millie will be completing her apprenticeship soon and it has been wonderful to see her confidence grow and she will be a fantastic level 3 practitioner.” – Lucy O’Neill, Assessor
These are wonderful comments that really show off Millie’s unquestionable commitment and dedication not only to her apprenticeship but also to the children in her care. There we are delighted to announce Millie as May’s Hall of Fame Winner and wish her a very successful future.
Congratulations Millie, this is well deserved!
