The reasoning behind National Apprenticeship Week is to celebrate the positive impact apprenticeships have on individuals, businesses and the economy. Aspire Training Team are excited to celebrate the week by letting all apprentices know how important they are to a business and that the work they have been doing is important in bringing fresh ideas and motivated work ethic to the organisation.

The main benefit people see from doing an apprenticeship instead of a degree is the fact you ‘earn while you learn’ meaning you don’t have to worry about huge debts that are consequential to a degree, but you get the same experience and skills through being an apprentice.
People are changing their views on how beneficial an apprenticeship is and with more coverage promoting apprenticeships, there is definitely an increase in awareness and popularity. Not just with prospective candidates but with businesses also reaping the benefits of hard-working and loyal staff.
