It catered to my away of learning, I am a kinaesthetic learner and my apprenticeship was mainly based on learning whilst doing the job – which I really enjoyed it. I also had a lot of support throughout my apprenticeship from my team and assessors which made the experience even better.

Being offered a permanent position before I even finished my apprenticeship as Front of House Administrator. This was a confidence boost and just confirmed that all the effort I’ve put into this apprenticeship was seen and acknowledged by the company I work at.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
In 10 years’, time I would like to be running my own business within the art department. My plan is to use my customer service and administrative skills and experience to my advantage because every business requires this.

Practise on your time management skills, because the apprenticeship will be all about balancing your work and your assignments and everything has a deadline so if you don’t know how to organise your time to get everything done, you might struggle.
