Why did you choose an apprenticeship?
I choose an apprenticeship to help me to gain the additional knowledge and skills to further my development and to allow me to take on additional tasks within my daily role.
What do you love the most about your apprenticeship?
I love having such a kind and supportive trainer who is always happy to support me with my apprenticeship.
What accomplishment are you most proud of and why?
I am most proud of keeping on track with all of my coursework and attending all of my support sessions with my trainer.
In your opinion, what are the benefits of an apprenticeship?
The benefits of an apprenticeship is that you can put into practice all of the additional knowledge and skills that you gain through your apprenticeship into your daily role.
What skills have you develop during your time as an apprentice?
I have developed lots of new skills such as how to manage assignment deadlines, taking part in observations and also attend sessions with my trainer.
Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
I see myself continuing to progress within my role and to keep expanding my professional development.
What advice would you give to someone considering an apprenticeship?
I would say that if you looking to gain lots of new knowledge and skills whilst also developing your professional development. Then an apprenticeship is definitely for you.
