I started my apprenticeship after completing my A-levels in health and social care. I chose an apprenticeship as I wanted to gain a qualification, get more experience and get paid at the same time. I have always wanted to work with children and after I received a phone call from the Aspire training Team I knew an apprenticeship was the best option for me.
I enjoy my apprenticeship as I am able to do my dream job daily whilst getting qualified. I would recommend an apprenticeship, I love the fact I am able to get help from my assessor one to one and I’m not just sat in a classroom all day. I’m getting qualified, gaining experience and getting paid for a job I love!
