As part of National Apprenticeship Week, some of our current learners took part in a Q&A to share their experiences of studying with Aspire Training Team.
Rob Arnold is the Business Development Manager at Aspire Training Team, working towards his Level 3 Management qualification.

Can you introduce your company, what is your role?
Aspire Training Team is a training provider covering Dorset, Hampshire, Wiltshire, Somerset and Plymouth. I am responsible for managing the sales team and working with employers to place apprentices and upskill their current staff.
Why did you decide to do an apprenticeship with Aspire Training Team?
I chose to complete my qualification to improve my knowledge and to support my learning. With Aspire, there is no need to go to college which means I am able to train in my workplace.
What do you plan to do after your apprenticeship?
Stay with Aspire Training Team, progress and increase my knowledge as far as I possibly can.
What are the benefits of being an apprentice?
You can learn many new skills, which help you in your everyday role.
What advice would you give others thinking about doing an apprenticeship/training with Aspire?
When it comes to apprenticeships, it can be hard, sometimes it pushes you out of your comfort zone but ultimately it is all worth it… and you gain great experience!
