Aspire Training Team’s Level 2 Diploma in Team Leading provides you with valuable experience in a variety of team leading related activities and aims to give you a basic knowledge of the various roles, functions and responsibilities of a team leader and the limits of your authority and accountability.

This qualification combines knowledge and competency and is ideal if you are a new or potential team leader who is seeking to develop yourself as a leader or manager. You will have the opportunity to acquire and implement the necessary skills needed in today’s world of business and in organisations.

This course will allow you to take control of your own personal development. You’ll develop the skills to communicate clearly and confidently using appropriate techniques and methods used to engage and support your team, be able to plan and allocate work across a team and monitor, evaluate and improve own team performance, understand your own responsibilities under equality legislation, relevant codes of practice and own organisational guidelines.
