According to the report, our trainers demonstrate exceptional expertise in early years settings. They collaborate closely with employers to tailor the curriculum and training to meet their specific needs. Our trainers draw on their experience as early years leaders and practitioners to help learners address real workplace challenges. Also, providing practical, relatable scenarios to equip learners with valuable strategies for their professional roles.

The report also highlights that learners in our programs feel safe and well-supported, knowing where to turn if they have concerns.

Furthermore, the report acknowledges the importance of training qualified practitioners and leaders to address staffing shortages and support sustainable childcare provision.

Aspire has forged strong, effective relationships with employers who highly value our ability to align training with their skill gap requirements.

Notably, many members of Aspire’s training team were once apprentices themselves, including our Director of Quality & Audit, Kelly Medley.
