Aspire Training Team are delighted to reveal Sarah Piper at Jack and Jill Nursery in Corfe Mullen as our March 2019 Learner of the Month!
Sarah signed up to start her Level 3 Childcare qualification in January, starting her apprenticeship with Jack and Jill Nursery. Starting this apprenticeship was a bigger step for Sarah then it would be for most people, as she was not only taking her first step towards a career in childcare but she was also stepping away from a successful career in another industry. However after making this decision she has found a real passion for Childcare, something which has not gone unnoticed by Deputy Manager Sally Jameson:
“Sarah is so focused and keen and excited every day she comes in to work. She does so much extra work and training in her own time always searching for courses that will support her training and completing them as soon as she registers.
She is such a natural with the children and so brave to retrain after 20 years in an established career”
It is wonderful to hear that Sarah has really taken to her new career with such enthusiasm and dedication, and we are sure it will continue throughout the rest of her apprenticeship. Which is why we are very pleased to announce Sarah as our March 2019 Learner of the Month!
