Ty joined the Hadland Care Group Head Office Team as a Business Admin Apprentice in November 2017 and has been nominated by his manager Hannah Fugatt because of the amount of growth he has shown over the last couple of months and has become a vital part of the Admin Team. The confidence that Ty shows on a daily basis when carrying out tasks is exceptional and he uses his initiative consistently and his enthusiasm to the team shines through. Ty’s commitment to the role is inspirational, nothing is too much for him and he always walks through the door with a smile on his face. Ty is showing a real passion for this role and is constantly looking for ways to improve himself and takes time to reflect on his performance, which is a rare and valuable quality. Therefore we are thrilled that Ty has been awarded the Aspire Training Team’s June 2018 Hall of Fame Winner!
“Ty has heavily supported me through the transition period of losing a member of the team, Ty has picked up extra jobs and has even temporarily changed his working hours so he could be here for the busy times of the day.”
“He has provided a lot of training and support to a new member of the team and has ensured that she has all the knowledge necessary to carry out her role efficiently and has been a huge support to all of the team”
“Ty is an absolute pleasure to work with and I believe he really deserves this award for all of his hard work” – Hannah Fugatt, Head Office Manager
“I am delighted to hear that Ty has been won June’s Hall of Fame, he is extremely hard working and although he has come across a few hurdles within this qualification, he has overcome these, is determined to achieve his apprenticeship and has shown true commitment to his role.” – Sara Ashford, Business Admin Assessor
It is delightful to hear such lovely comments that show Ty’s true sense of character and he is inspirational to others, showing what you can do and can be overcome when you truly put mind to something. I am therefore delighted to announce Ty as June’s Hall of Fame Winner and am sure he will continue to flourish throughout his role.
Many congratulations Ty, keep up the hard work!
