Aspire Training Team offers Level 1 Childcare and Business Admin courses because they are a good way to support young people and give them an insight into the working world of a nursery or office to see if they like it without the pressure of a full job.
Level 1 learners will gain valuable work experience not just in childcare or business but in their everyday working life, for example; they will experience getting up in the morning and getting ready for work.
There is a big difference between being at school and taking a Level 1 course, so if you didn’t get on well at school or you’re not keen on the school environment, a Level 1 course might be ideal for you. As a Level 1 learner, you will be treated like the young adult you are, so you have to take some responsibility for your own learning, we are here to guide you and we will adapt our approach to suit the learning styles that suit you but the rest is up to you.
By completing a Level 1 course, you are getting the best of both worlds. This is because teaching is done as a group but also one on one. So, you can interact and learn with other people in the same boat as you as well as have a more personal lesson with your teacher where the focus is on you.
