To celebrate Work Experience Week 2016, we would like to share Jordan’s story. Jordan is currently undertaking work experience as part of his traineeship.
As I didn’t feel college was the right choice for me, I believed a traineeship was the perfect opportunity to understand more about the career I want to follow and boost my confidence in the workplace by understanding what my position would require.
The support I have received throughout this traineeship has been immense. If ever there was an issue I knew I had people I could go to and work through any problems and come out the other side knowing what to do in the future.
I would definitely recommend a traineeship to others; it’s the perfect opportunity to enhance and learn skills to increase your employability for your chosen career.
