An internally conducted Colleague Survey measured over 200 colleague responses to find out more about the workforce that drives Hadland Care Group- the umbrella company for Aspire Training Team and Tops Day Nurseries.
At Hadland Care Group, our teams are multi-talented, and everyone mucks in with whatever needs doing.
It is amazing to know that 90% of our colleagues agree that this variation means their workload is interesting, and gives them a sense of achievement. Being able to assist across different areas of the company, and having direct impact on numerous policies and practices, allows a fantastic 93% of our colleagues to be proud of what they do!
A staggering 80% of colleagues responded to the survey to tell us that they feel involved in decisions that affect their work, and know that they have control of how they do their job.
It’s not surprising then, that 88% of our team declared they are happy in their role!
